There Will Be No Media Reporting On “Sohrabuddin” Encounter Assessment, Orders CBI High Court

A particular CBI court in the city of Mumbai has requested that there will be no media permissible to report on every day proceedings in the case of Sohrabuddin Sheikh suspected a fake encounter case assessment that is being taking place in the city of Mumbai after it moved out of the state Gujarat by the SC. In the appeal, SJ Sharma (Additional Sessions Judge) stated, “It might happen that the periodical may generate security issues for the charged persons, prosecution spectators, the defense panel as well as the prosecutor. I, for that reason, find good reason in the appeal of the defense panel of lawyers. The request is permitted.”

The CBI court issued the order after a submission by the defense advocate to outlaw day-to-day reporting of measures in the case.
