Taking on the features of Snapchat and Instagram Stories, Twitter, the micro-blogging website, launched its Moments feature in India and made it accessible to all. Moments—that initiated with “partners, brands, and influencers”—seem as a distinct tab on the profile of a user and assist them to keep eye on breaking news and stories by curating associated content.

In a statement, Twitter India said, “Although individuals were capable of viewing Moments from selected associates earlier, they can now create and post Moments and put in the picture their own story.” On top of Moments, the blogging site is also making it simpler for individuals to find out the most recent Moments across entertainment, sports, and news categories with the new tab “Explore” presenting Moments by Curation team of Twitter and @MomentsIndia partners.
