Taking on the features of Snapchat and Instagram Stories, Twitter, the micro-blogging website, launched its Moments feature in India and made it accessible to all. Moments—that initiated with “partners, brands, and influencers”—seem as a distinct tab on the profile of a user and assist them to keep eye on breaking news and stories by curating associated content.
In a statement, Twitter India said, “Although individuals were capable of viewing Moments from selected associates earlier, they can now create and post Moments and put in the picture their own story.” On top of Moments, the blogging site is also making it simpler for individuals to find out the most recent Moments across entertainment, sports, and news categories with the new tab “Explore” presenting Moments by Curation team of Twitter and @MomentsIndia partners.
The Moments also assist individuals to exploit and comprehend the preeminent of Twitter, in spite of who they follow, in a user-friendly storytelling layout. The company said, “Individuals can merely visit the Explore tab in Twitter Lite or Twitter, where they will find out stories disclosing on Twitter on a daily basis.”

As new stories surfaces, Twitter will include new Moments for the same to the Explore section. With a user base of more than 300 across the world, Twitter backs 42 languages comprising Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, and Gujarati.
